Wyoming allows same-day registration! So even if you're not registered to vote yet, you can do so at your polling place on November 3rd.
From Wyoming's Secretary of State's official election website:
A prospective voter must bring an issued Wyoming driver’s license. If the voter DOES NOT have a driver’s license, they must provide the last four digits of their social security number and have another form of acceptable identification.
A voter may still vote if they have another form of acceptable identification. A voter may also cast a provisional ballot in which they will then have the responsibility of providing the necessary documentation to their county clerks by the close of business on the following day.

Please note: With the recent attempts to defund and slow down the US Postal Service, it is too late to send in your ballot by mail. You can still vote absentee until the election on November 3rd.
